This beautiful Santa Fe home is high in La Quinta Cove with views of 
the Santa Rosa Mountains on all sides and two blocks from Bear Creek 
pathway.  Driving up, guests are greeted by desert landscaping, palm 
trees and desert grasses.  Entering through the arched gate will bring 
you into the pool courtyard, where you can lounge by the pool, sip 
drinks under the over sized umbrella, or simply float on a raft in the 
pool.  You may enter the house either through the mian front door or 
through the French doors from the courtyard into the dining and 
kitchen area.  You will be immediately impressed by the 18 x 18 tile 
floors, the lighted and tiled pot shelf inviting you into the huge 
living room and fireplace with two comfy sofas and ample seating room.  
The open kitchen has a huge breakfast bar with modern bar stools and 
the kitchen is fully equipped qith everything you need in a luxury 
home.  French doors from the living room lead out to the back patio 
with table chairs, umbrella and a gas grill for your outside 
entertaining.  You may enter the master bedroom from another set of 
French doors from the back patio with a spacious room and "his and 
hers" walk in closets and a wonderful bathroom with a separate sunken 
tub and a huge shower and double sinks.  Down the hallway from the 
master bedroom is a laundry room, a second bathroom and two additional 
bedrooms each with walk in closets. Lots of wonderful closets and of 
course a double garage all make for a relaxing, tranquil time in your 
desert home.  Sleeps 6 comfortably, but there are two sofas and two 
extra air mattresses, so 8 people could stay at a push!

La Quinta Cove Home is fully equipped with a dish washer, electric 
stove, built in microwave, double door fridge with automatice ice and 
drinking water, blender, toaster, coffee maker and espresso maker, all 
the pots and pans you will need, paper and plastic wear for outside 
dining, 30" flat screen Sony TV, dual DVD/VHS player, washer, dryer, 
iron, 20" brand new TV in the master with new DVD player, DSL and iMac 
computer, rafts for the pool, comforters and extra bedding, linens and 
towels provided.

Conveniently located close to all the desert towns such as Palm Desert, 
Rancho Mirage and Palm Springs.  Close to all the best Golf courses and 
amenities in the area.  Wonderful art galleries and exquisite dining in 
some of the best restaurants available.  Polo, tennis, hiking, jeep 
tours and hot air balloon rides as well as the Palm Springs Aerial 
Tramway.  Visit some of the spas or resorts in the area and listen to 
fine music in lush surroundings.  You will never be bored here but will 
also enjoy the peacefulness at this amazing La Quinta Cove Home.

All bookings require a minimum 2 night stay.  Holidays like Labor Day, 
Thanksgiving, Xmas etc will be charged at a higher rate and may 
require a longer minimum stay.
There is a $150+ cleaning fee per short stay - 2-4 nights and 
depending on the # of people staying in the house (slightly higher for 
weekly or monthly stays)
A deposit of $500 low season, or $500 - $1000 (for 30 days or 
more) high season is required 
upon booking and will be promptly refunded within 30 days after the 
stay.  A separate pet deposit is required for pets.

Average nightly rate:  $350
Average weekly rate: $1500
Average Monthly rate: $4400
Some rates be be negotiable at different times of the year.

Checks in advance, or Cashiers checks (at short notice) or cash are 
acceptable forms of payment.  Sorry, no credit card payments at this 
time.  Possible Pay Pal payments maybe accepted. (contact owner prior 
to making a payment) Seasonal rates as follows:

High Season: October 1 through March 31

Daily $350, Weekly $1500, Monthly $4,400

Low Season: April 1 through September 30

Daily $250, Weekly $1300, Monthly $3,300

Certain times of year these rates may be slightly negotiable.  Popular 
holidays may be more.  Rates are subject to change, but are locked in 
upon rceiving a deposit and a reservation.
