Watch the ferries go by in the distance from this private waterfront
with its own sandy beach. House is ideal for extended families,
multiple couples, family reunions 
or 2-family vacations. It features 2 bedrooms with queen beds
and tv's, a third bedroom with a double bed, a fourth with 2 twin
beds, and a fifth with a trundle bed (2 twins) and a bunk bed. The
house is spread out, ideal for privacy within. There are 3 full baths
and an outdoor shower. Waterviews from every room. Large shaded deck
with grille and deck furniture overlook the beach 80 feet away.
Gorgeous sunsets across the water every night. Anchor your boat in
front of the house if you want, too. House is offset from the end of
the cul-de-sac so can't be seen from the road. Very private, but only
a bit over a mile from Oak Bluffs center. Bike paths all the way to
town and to 5 mile State Beach if you want to do that. Boat rentals on
the other side of the lagoon are fun, too. Many repeat rentors! We
will also get auto ferry tickets for you if you rent far enough in
advance.

Gas grille, dishwasher, washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, VCR, wireless
Internet, outdoor shower, parking in the driveway for 3-4 cars,
possibility of borrowing our 1998 Mountaineer stored on the property,
much more!

Renters bring their own linens (sheets, pillowcases, towels) but can
rent them from Takemmy Linen Rentals, which delivers and picks up from
our deck.

We may be able to get ferry tickets for you, too!

Fabulous oceanfront Farm Neck golfcourse a mile away, Mink Meadows
also nearby, both hard and soft court tennis within a couple of miles,
22 beaches around the island, 5 of them within 2 miles of our house,
first merry-go-round in America a mile away, famous Cottage City in
Oak Bluffs, harbor activity including charter fishing and boat rental
nearby, MV State Forest and hundreds of miles of bikepaths throughout
the island, picturesque places like Gay Head, Edgartown, Vineyard
Haven, all nearby

All rentals are normally Sunday at 3 pm to Sunday at 11 am check out

June:  $2100-$4500 weekly
July:  $4500-$4800 weekly
August: $5200 weekly
September: $2500-$3000
October:  $2000-$2500

Slight discount for longer than 1 week rentals.

Deposit of half the rent within 5 business days of your commitment
holds the week; the other half is due 45 days before occupancy along
with a refundable $250 security deposit. Refunds are dependent upon
our ability to re-rent your week.
