   This Villa is located on The Island on Lake Travis - a 
destination in it's own right. The 14 acre island features 2 pools 
each with a hot tub, fountain, chaises, chairs, tables and a 
stunning view of Lake Travis. There is also a tennis court,
shuffleboard court, fitness center, fishing pier, boat ramp, gas BBQ 
area with picnic tables, and gardens throughout.
   The local village of Lago Vista offers several restaurants and 
bars with live music on the weekends. Two golf courses are with 5 
miles and there are 5 state parks within 30 miles. 
   A short drive will take you to Flat Creek Estate Winery where you 
can enjoy a tour and tasting

Other Fees: $25 flat fee for pets
Other Policies: Association pet policy - on leash, not at pool, 
under 50LB, no agressive breeds, fines for not picking up after 
dogs, limit 2 animals.
Also there is a cat on the property when we are there - keep this in 
mind if you are allergic to cats.

We would consider doing home exchange.  Would only consider 
exchanging for property that allows 2 small well behaved dog unless 
there are problems traveling with dogs in your country (ie England, 
Malta, Hawaii) Pets are allowed on our property but no smoking. We 
could do simultaneous exchange or not. We would also consider guest 
exchange - ie. you come while we are there.
