We are located on the very quiet Ponderosa Drive, only two blocks
below the slopes at Snow Summit.
Yes, you can easily walk to the slopes OR take the FREE shuttle that
passes by half-a-block away.

ABOUT US:
This authentically decorated three bedroom and two bath cabin is ideal
for fresh air seekers of all ages. Renovated in 2008 this cabin now
features New Chestnut Floors throughout, New Tile in the bathrooms and
laundry room, New Carpet in all three bedrooms, and New Paint/Room
Design. 

The Living Room features:
- 27” television with a premium cable package
(check out all the uncensored hits like 'Dexter' & 'Weeds'...catch the
whole season On-Demand).
- DVD & VHS players.
- High-speed wireless internet.
- iPOD docking station
- Stereo with CD & Casette.
We have sooo many movies ('50's - 2008), tons of board games, and more
good 'reads' than you could tackle in a month.
Lots of entertainment for the 12-and-under set too.

BEDDING CONFIGURATION:
The first bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed and features a 27”
television with DVD player.
The second bedroom is fitted with a king-size bed and features a 27”
television with DVD player.
The third bedroom is fitted with a “loft-style” queen-size bed and two
twins.
All bedrooms feature carpet, very comfy pillow top beds & fine linens.

Kitchen:   
Fully equipped and completely stocked right down to the spices.
Amenities include an oven/range, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and
coffeemaker (with filters).
Big meal or small we have the service & preparation items you’ll 
require.
The cabin has a full size dinning table that accommodates 6-8 people.
 The natural-wood counter features four stools for the more informal
meal.   
  
Laundry:   
The laundry room features a full sized washer & dryer. 
It also comes stocked with detergent, cleaning supplies and other
sundries you may require.

WINTER: 
SKI, SKI, SKI, & SNOWBOARD HEAVEN. We are in the area immediately
below Snow Summit, known as Summit Estates. 
You can walk to the free two-block shuttle ride or walk right to the
lifts at SNOW SUMMIT. There is also a free shuttle to BEAR MOUNTAIN
from the parking lot at Summit. We are so close you can come back to
the cabin for lunch and save a bundle of dough. Snow Summit also
offers night-skiing during high-season.  

SUMMER: 
Enjoy Big Bear Lake for boating, waterskiing, jetskiing, fishing, &
sun bathing at the many parks for the kids. A beautiful bay and park
area features a swim-to rock island for the older kids. 
There is mountain biking galore - and we are only two blocks to
"Summit in the Summer" with organized races, etc... ride up on the
lifts, rip down on your bike.
Golf...only a two minute drive to course and clubhouse.
Off-roading - Tons of O.H.V. areas, for your dirt bikes, buggies, &
ATV's. 
Day Spas/Slide Park/Hiking/All the fresh-air you can take.
