vacation home is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath and is located on the golf 
course. This vacation condo is turnkey furnished with high quality 
furnishings and art throughout. It also has a garage, indoor washer 
and dryer, color TV's, linens, towels and complete kitchens. So, if 
you want beautiful warm weather with the finest in dining, golf and 
shopping, visit us in Palm Desert, California. Palm Desert Country 
Club amenities: 18 hole regulation par 72 golf course, active men's 
and women's golf associations, 13 lighted tennis courts, 24 hour 
guarded security. Also included is cable TV and weekly trash pickup. 
Golf packages with very special rates are available to PD Resort CC 
Vacation Rental Guests. There are also many other first class golf

$215 a night---$1300 a week---$4100 a month

Check-in time is 2:00pm, check-out time is 1:00pm. We'd be happy to 
accommodate an earlier check-in or later check-out when available.


Terms and Conditions

Payment:
All rent must be received 30 days prior to check-in date. For 
bookings made within 30 days of check-in, total payment is due in 
full.

Payment Types:
We accept checks (cashier check or certified checks), Credit Card: 
MasterCard, VISA and American Express only) and payments through 
PAYPAL.

Transient Occupancy Tax:
There is a 9% TOT (Transient Occupancy Tax) on top of your nightly 
room charges for any stay 31 days or less. The tax will be broken 
out on your statement/receipt.

Deposits:
Refundable Security Deposit $250 and is due within 7 days 
of making your reservation. The Refundable Security Deposit will 
be refunded within 21 days after inspection of the home.

There is a cleaning fee of $85
