 Description 


Three Ten Cartier Place is located on the Old Island Highway, directly across from the ocean in Campbell River, Vancouver Island. Newly renovated and tastefully decorated, it is within minutes of amazing wildlife habitats, some of the best sailing and scuba diving areas on earth and summertime sandy beaches that stretch for miles. With all the comforts of home, this condo provides you with a quiet, private base from which to explore in every direction. Welcome to the Salmon Capital of the World!



 Amenities 


Your condo includes fridge/freezer, stove/cooktop, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and all matching dishes and cutlery. There are also pots, pans, baking dishes and basic spices. In the living room is a colour TV, DVD player and small stereo. The master bedroom hosts a queen-sized bed with dark-wood headboard/footboard, matching night-tables, dresser and a large closet. It has a lovely view of the water. The second bedroom is similar in all respects except that the furniture is light maple and oak. The third bedroom functions as both a sleeping area and den, with a fold-down double futon, night-table and desk with small TV and DVD. There is also a large closet in this room, but the view is restricted to the interior of the building. Both dining room and living room have fabulous 180 egree views of the ocean. This is a secure and quiet building but please be aware that there is no elevator.



 Attractions 


Three Ten Cartier Place is located within 15-20 minutes of two world-class sandy beaches where the summertime swimming is fantastic. There are eco-tours, fishing tours, scuba diving and sailing if you are interested in marine adventures. For the golfer, there are many fabulous golf courses in the area, the closest, about a five minute drive away. Shops and restaurants are also very close by and there are too many hikes and scenic walks to mention. In the winter, in addition to the ongoing fishing and boating, a forty-minute drive takes you to the top of Mount Washington, and some of the best skiing in B.C. Local theatre and musicians perform year-round, and many are of international calibre.



 Rates 



High Season (June 1 to Sept 30): $150/night; $15 extra for each additional adult; $10 extra for eac additional child Low Season (Oct 1 to May 31): $120/night; $10 extra for each additional adult; $7 extra for each additional child. All prices are in Canadian dollars and do not include applicable taxes. A $250 reservation/damage deposit is due upon time of booking and will be fully refunded if you cancel prior to seven days before arrival or if we are able to re-rent out the unit. Balance of funds due upon arrival. Damage deposit will be refunded by mail within four days of your departure. Normal wear-and-tear on the space and furniture is not subject to any fees, however, major damage will be deducted from the deposit and/or a credit card.
