Our oceanfront property has Gulf of Mexico beach views from all of the bedrooms and your downstairs dining and living room. Come and stay with us to enjoy these wonderful views from our separate balconies that allows you to have a water view from every room of the condominium! Well maintained recently renovated, very spacious 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath with in suite jetted tub and in suite sauna in master bedroom. This unit is situated in the center of South Padre Island, TX among the top island resorts and retail business district near shopping and restaurants. If you are interested in making the best of your vacation and enjoy the good company of friends with the comforts of home and close proximity to Mexico, come join us! We have availability in one of our beachfront properties and call us for your next vacation needs to South Padre Island, Texas. The tastfully decorated island living main living room has a loveseat, sofa sleeper, and an oversize chair with ottoman. Enjoy the 47-inch, big screen TV alongside the beachfront views. Cable TV with optional cable high speed Internet. This rental has a total of 3 TVs and 3 DVDs and a VCR. Master bedroom: king-size bed, TV and DVD player. A private balcony allows you to enjoy the island brease and sit to drink your morning coffee or have your own private outside breakfast while enjoying the view of the Gulf of Mexico here on South Padre Island, Texas. Your master bedroom has a sauna/steamroom, private jetted tub for two and a separate walk-in shower. Second bedroom: Two full bunk beds with a twin trundle bed. The bedroom has a patio door leading to the balcony with unbostructed beach views. The bedroom has a separate vanity with sink. Third bedroom: Queen bed with views of the ocean and has a shared bathroom with the other guest bedroom but you also have your own private vanity with sink in this Hollywood plan bathroom. Kitchen: Fully-equipped kitchen with cooking utensils and appliances. Full size refrigerator, diswasher and small appliances provides you with the option of cooking a full gourmet meal. A stack washer and dryer is located upstairs within your unit along with an iron and iron board. For your enjoyment you do not have to bring your own equipment. Tennis racquets, racquetball rackets, and Ping-Pong paddles are available while you stay with us. (Please return them where you found them for our next guest. They are located in the upstairs closet next to the master bedroom. A fee will be assessed if equipment is missing or damaged beyond normal ware and tear.) Fax and copier may also be set up for your use at a $30.00 set up fee as well.

Sunchase IV Resort amenities include: * On the first floor, adjacent to the elevator, is the pool area with three pools. The main pool is heated at a comfortable temperature year round and was built in 2007. The third pool located in this area is the children's pool with a depth of one foot. Three additional pools are also located at the front of the resort. * Private access to the beach as well as 24-hour security guard provides a safe environment for all of our guests. Access code is required to access the elevator area as well as the beach. * Acdcess to seventh-floor sun deck with a wet bar. The sun deck is overlooking the beach. * Racquetball courts are located in the first floor. * Two tennis courts are located in front of the pool area. * Two Ping-Pong tables are located on the second floor. * Fitness facility is located on the first floor and accessed with key. * Hot tub. * Sauna and steam room located on the first floor as well. * Second floor library has a variety of activities that provides a cozy environment to meet other guests, read, watch TV, or put together a jigsaw puzzle. The Sunchase Mall located in the front of the property. The mall offers retail stores, boutiques, and coffee shops. Just a few steps away, adjacent to the property, is Denny's and Mc Donald's just a few steps away. Fine dining is available within walking distance. Conveniently located within your unit is a notebook containing an area map as well a brochures for things to do in the area. Enjoy the many attractions in the area including the Schlitterbahn Water Park Resort, fishing, shopping, golfing, or spend a day shopping the open air markets in Matamoros, Mexico (be sure to bring your passport or birth certificate).
