portion of the park operates year-round and includes four tube 
slides, three speed slides, three kids’ activity areas containing a 
variety of children’s play elements and pint-sized slides, a secluded 
beach, a hot tub and the Torrent® Tidal Wave River. join the crowd at 
Crystal Beach or better yet hit the beach just a 1/2 mile from the 
house that is nice and quiet, then come home and relax and enjoy a 
spectacular view of ships all lit up waiting to go to Galveston port 
or Houston port. Whether you enjoy the beach, fishing or watching the 
birds you can't find a better location.

For the birdwatchers it is behind the Houston Audubon Society's 
Bolivar Flats Shorebird Sanctuary and we have numerous other birding 
sites on the Peninsula.

For the fisherman there is no better place to fish than the North 
Jetty Pier, you don't have to have a boat to fish and if you are 
lucky enough to have a boat, the boat launch is right next to the 
jetty.

For the beach lovers there is no better place than the beach on the 
west end, it is not overly crowded and just 1/2 mile from the house, 
or you might want to try the "Little Beach" that is 3 blocks west of 
the house next to Fort Travis. Which is another place that you have 
to experience if you have children.

RULES AND REGULATIONS 

MAKING RESERVATIONS: Please include the exact dates and the number of 
people who will be occupying the house. A reservation fee of $300 is 
required to hold your requested dates. This fee includes a $100.00 
cleaning fee (Or you may opt to clean the entire home, mop floors, 
clean linens/sheets/blankets, sweep, etc...) which is non-refundable, 
and a $200.00 damage deposit that is refundable if the house is left 
as you received it. 
SLEEPING CAPACITY: Maximum sleeping capacity is 15. Exceeding this 
capacity compromises the septic system and safety considerations. Any 
damages that result from this, will be taken out of the damage 
deposit, and any balance will be billed to you and payable within 14 
days. 
ANY DAMAGES, EXCESS CLEANING CHARGES WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE 
REFUNDABLE DAMAGE DEPOSIT.

NO PERSONAL CHECKS AT CHECK-IN.
WEEKEND RENTALS HAVE A 2 NIGHT MINIMUM, RESERVED IN ADVANCE.
