from the balcony.  You can enjoy the 2 bedroom 2 1/2 bath with 
complete kitchen, washer, dryer and walk-in pantry.  The master has 
a king bed, the guest bedroom has 2 queen beds and the sofa opens to 
a double bed.  Condo includes 3 tv's, 3 dvd players and high speed

range, cookware, dishwasher, dvd player, ice maker, microwave oven, 
stero, 3 tv's and washer/dryer
The complex is the largest in South Padre.  It includes 3 pools, 4 
hottubs, 4 tennis courts and access to the beach, with on site 
security.  During the summer a tiki bar and sandwich shop are open, 
located near the pool

Peak season:  May-Aug.  $2,000.00 per week 

Off season:  Sept-Feb,  $1,4500.00 per week
Plus tax of 13%, cleaning fee of $85.00 and $300.00 deposit
