your own culinary talents in our fully equipted kitchen with granite 
counter tops and stainless steel appliances including a side-by-side 
refrigerator with icemaker, flat-top stove, dish washer and 
microwave. Let your BBQ master grill up lunch or dinner on the 
poolside Charcoal BBQ pit, then gather your family & friends for a 
fine meal around our large dining table.

The 9 foot ceilings, ceramic tile floors and area rugs give a warm 
and spacious feeling to our home. Our living room features leather 
furniture, surround sound stereo system, 57 inch High Definition big 
screen TV/DVD/CD & 150 channel digital satellite. Each bedroom also 
has its own TV/DVD/CD to keep everyone happy.

This spacious condo is the perfect place for several couples, or the 
entire family. Our master bedroom has a king-size bed and the second 
bedroom features a queen and twin. Two more guests fit comfortably on 
the queen-size sofa sleeper. Have a big group? Our building has three 
other units also sleeping 7 -- just ask. 

Amenities: Additional amenities include exclusive washer/dryer, 
iron/ironing board, blender,coffee maker and of cource the pool.

Activities (on site or nearby): There is something for everyone on 
South Padre! In addition to soaking up the beautiful weather on the 
beach or by the pool, you can enjoy fishing, swimming and boating in 
Laguna Madre, surfing or horseback riding in the Gulf, bike riding, 
golf, tennis, racquet ball, and much more! Shopping, restaurants, 
sightseeing, and Movies round out a list to please the whole group. 
There's even the Schlitterbahn Waterpark Resort, with fun for the 
whole family, including a swim-up bar for the adults and wild rides 
for the kids. And if you'd like to visit Mexico, it's a very short 
drive away. Just bring your passport or birth certificate and state 
ID and make a day of it. The only thing that will hold you back from 
all these fun activities is your desire to spend more time enjoying 
your home away from home -- this fabulously comfortable condo!
