exercise room, 5 laundry rooms and bar-b-que area.  Underground 
parking for 1 car in gate garage. Offered by Ranch and Sea 
Management, with over 120 furnished vacation rentals in Oceanside 
and Carlsbad. We are open 7 days a week and accept Master Card and Visa.  

Waterfalls and streams throughout this tropical paradise which sits 
on some of the nicest beaches in Southern California. This gated 
complex has front gaurd station which is open 24 hrs a day and 
offers late check-ins. Situated at the end of The Strand, where you 
can bike, roller blade or stroll along miles of white sandy beaches. 

Walk to Oceanside Harbor with shops, restaurants, deep sea fishing 
and water sport rentals.

Lego Land, Sea World, San Diego Zoo, Wild Animal Park, Del Mar Race 
Track, Old Town, Balboa Park and numerous casinos are all withing 50 
miles of Oceanside.

Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm and Mexico are all within 75 miles of 
Oceanside.

In addtion to the rent, there is a 10% bed tax on all rentals under 
30 days, a $90 cleaning fee and a refundable $500 security deposit
($1000 for monthly rentals).  All summer rentals are from Saturday 
to Saturday only with check-in at 3 pm and checkout at 10am.
