taking a walk within the secluded areas. There are little streams 
and ponds everywhere, the feeling is tropical.  You can then relax 
at one of the two swimming pools located on the grounds.  The 
children love the freedom and when they are done, you can go and 
enjoy the outdoor Jacuzzi (hot tub).  In the early evening you can 
take your walks on the beach and watch the sun sink into the 
Pacific.  The view is spectacular.

CONDO AMENITIES: The condo complex has additional amenities.
Some of these include 2 Swimming Pools, 2 Jacuzzi (hot tubs), Weight 
and Exercise room, Putting Green, Outdoor Bar-B-Ques, Billiards, 
Recreation Room, Security and Covered Parking garage. 
The Units all have Cable TV, Linens, Fully Stocked Kitchens, 
Microwave, Beach Chairs & Umbrella, Beach Toys, Boogie Boards, and 
assorted other necessities.


BEACH ACTIVITIES: You are right on the sand.  Activities include 
Swimming, Surfing (year round), Sand Castle Building, Quiet Walks, 
Seashell Collecting, Snorkling, Deep Sea Fishing, and Scuba Diving.  
There is also golfing close by.

There are many other activities available just a short drive from 
the condo.  Some of these activities are: Disneyland (45 min.), Sea 
World (25 min.), Legoland (15 min.), San Diego Zoo (30 min.), Wild 
Animal Park (30 min.), Knott's Berry Farm (55 min.), Universal 
Studios, and Del Mar Racetrack (15 min.).
