MAIN HOUSE: Beautiful, historic 7 bedroom Victorian (sleeps 20) with
ocean views, modern amenities including central air, secured WIFI & 32
inch flat screen hdtv! Perfect for family reunions, a getaway with
friends, couples or girls weekends, weddings, civil unions, birthday
parties, bridal or baby showers, and other celebrations! Take a step
back in time as you relax in our completely renovated home, furnished
with beautiful antiques and lovely decorations.
From the expansive, breezy, wicker furnished, wrap around deck, enter
into a spacious foyer and note the beautiful antiques and oak
staircase leading to the 7 bedrooms on the 2nd & 3rd third floors.
Entertain in the elegant antique furnished living room with ocean
views, enjoy drinks at the rich mahogany bar with the ambiance of a
European tavern, or watch tv in a cozy family room with leather sofas
adjacent to a beautiful full bath. The large county kitchen
accommodates up to 14 people at the hand-crafted kitchen table &
boasts modern amenities including Corian counters & beautiful
cabinets. There is seating for 6 to 10 more in the adjoining bar
area.
The 2nd floor has 4 gorgeous antique furnished bedrooms all with
televisions (one with cable, two with attached dvd players, one with
attached vcr), double beds (one has an additional daybed) & quaint
individual sinks. One room has ocean views, and two have views of the
giant ferris wheel, beautifully lit at night! The charming full bath
has been completely updated.
The 3rd floor has 3 more bedrooms, all with cable tv. The first has a
set of bunk beds, a single bed, and a queen futon. The second bedroom
(aka the 'butterfly bedroom') has two double beds. The fabulous master
suite has a queen bed, a stained glass ceiling fan, a flat screen tv &
dvd player, lovely antiques, & views of the ocean and giant ferris
wheel. The private master bath has a beautiful new tiled shower and
pedestal sink, & an over-sized jacuzzi!
Our lovely home, circa 1915, has been entirely renovated & recently
repainted. Each room has been carefully decorated, most in the
victorian style. We have received hundreds of compliments on the
beauty & condition of our home, & take pride in maintaining it to the
highest standards. We invite you to relax in the splendor of the early
1900's while enjoying all modern amenities. From the moment you step
onto the huge wrap around deck with beautiful wicker furniture &
gorgeous hanging baskets, until the minute you retire for the evening
in your beautiful bedroom, you'll find everything you need for a
memorable & relaxing vacation.
Our home is perfect for family reunions, weddings, civil unions,
birthday parties, bridal & baby showers, retreats & more! We can
accommodate up to 50 people from mid September through May. At that
time, we also have a spacious courtyard with beautiful wrought iron

Included are ten beach tags, two off-street parking spaces and two
fully enclosed 'outside' showers with large dressing rooms which you
can use throughout the week, and after check out on Saturday.
APARTMENTS: In addition to the main house, two adjacent apartments
are available from September through May only. Apt A sleeps 17 in 5
BRs with 1.5 baths, Apt B sleeps 12 in 3 BRs with 2.5 baths. All
bedrooms are nice dorm style rooms with bunk beds. Both apartments
have full kitchens and cable TV in the family rooms. A shared
courtyard with patio furniture, a gas grill, and enclosed washer and
dryer are provided. Both apartments have fans in each BR and LR, but
no air conditioning. VERY reasonable rates.
