Perfect vacation spot centrally located on Martha's Vineyard near 
some of the finast beaches on Cape Cod. We are a short walk to Long 
Point Wildlife Reservation and a short drive to Long Point Beaches. 
Property is in West Tisbury on a wooded 1.4ac lot. Located in a rural 
residential area 1.5 miles off the main highway with paved road to 
the property. The area around our cottage is great for bike riding 
and short walks. Bus connections and bike paths to most island points 
available a short distance away. The Vineyard is a perfect vacation 
area where fishing,boating, swimming, parasailing, diving, biking, 
and great shopping are all part of The Vineyard experience.

Our cottage is all new as of 2002. A large deck is on the west side 
with sliders to the living room and master bedroom. Living area opens 
to the dining and kitchen area with a small  private sunroom off the 
living room. Second bedroom is off the dining room and has its own 
private entrance. Both bedrooms have queen size bedsTwo bath areas, 
one with tub shower and the other with shower only. Cottage is 
handicap accessible with a ramp off the main deck. Cable TV, CD and
