* Add $10 per night for each additional person,

* Deposit of 50% required within 14 days to confirm your reservation.
* Balance due before arrival.
* Cancellation fee of $35 within 72 hours of reservation.
* Two night minimum.
* Peak Season is Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend.
