natural beach and dunes on the north end of the island and at low 
tide there is a ship wreck visible. Take your bike explore the 
island if you have a mountain bike riding on the beach is great at 
low tide. This condo is located at the north end of the island. If 
fishing is your sport, this is for you, Brigantine has some of the 
best surf fishing around and there's a fishing boat that leaves the 
local Marina at 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. This is a great opportunity 
for you and the family or friends to catch dinner and grill out.  
There is plenty to do in this lazy beach town. Not feeling lazy and 
want some night life, jump in your car or a taxi and take a drive to

Short 15 minute drive to the attractions of Atlantic City.  Stroll 
the world famous boardwalk, climb all the steps of the Absecon light 
house to view the breath taking panoramic view of the area. Do some 
gambling at the casinoes or dance the night away at one of the great 
nightclubs with in the casinos. Salsa dance at Cuba Libre in the new 
Tropicana Quarter. 

Brigantine's known for fishing, relaxing, exploring the beach or 
town on your bike. At a local marina, called Conway's, there is a 
fishing boat that leaves at 8:00 am and 12:00 noon. No fishing 
equipment, no problem the boat rents a pole for $5.00.  All bait is 
provided. If fishing not your thing yet you enjoy seafood there is a 
great fresh seafood place on the south end of the island. Pick up a 
free copy of the Brigantine Times at a WaWa of local business and 
catch up on area restaurants and activities.

There is a great beach bar on the island that allows you to step 
back in time, yet it has wi fi.  There karoke on Sat night and a 
pool table and darts on Fri, Sun and during the week.  The food is 
great too.  Your a short walk from the BYOB restaurant called 
Pirate's Den. The breakfasts are to die for and the lunch and 
dinner's are pretty darn good too. Here's the suprise, it's all 
reasonably priced. 

High season July, Aug and 1st week in September is $725.00 a week.
Low season Sept, Oct & Nov (great for Striped Bass fishing) $650.00 
a week. Rentals run Sat to Sat.  However if there is vacancy a extra 
night or two can be added on for a minimal price.

Deposit for one week is $250.00 which will be returned within 8 days 
of your check out date. 

Reservations may be cancelled with in a 72 hr period with no charge. 
After that 50% of the weekly rent will be charged.
