vacation rental with utilities included or a short or long term 
lease situation.  Neighbors are quiet and nice! One small dog 
possible. Home fulled appointed with cooking items, bedding, etc.

mountain biking trails in the western US! Great local restaurants, 
major food stores within 10 minute drive into our sweet elegant 
mountain town.  Red rock jeep tours, Indian ceremonies, multipile 
choices of eating establishments; we are cultured elegant and a 
small but special town.  Warm days and cool nights where the stars 
put on a show as we have NO street lights to interfere with the sky! 
Two hours from Grand Canyon and major Northern Arizona attractions,

Weekly rates = $1550 - 1800 including utilities
Monthly rate = $2400 - no utillities included
Short term lease for up to 6 months is available. 
One year lease is negotiable through owner.
Deposits are required (50% of full rate with balance due two weeks 
prior to arrival) via a credit card equal to 1/2 the rental rate.
Full refunds available up to one month prior to rental with written 
notice and 50% refund up to two weeks prior to arrival date.  No 
refunds will be given 14 days prior to arrival date. Security 
deposit required equal to 50% of rental rate. Cleaning fee and 
damages to be deducted from Security Deposit.
