Summer weekly rate $650 F
Fall (Sept1st.-November 1st) $650
Winter( November 15th-March 15th) $650.
Spring (April 1st-May 21st) $650
$125 deposit required to hold time frame requested, nonrefundable if 
not cancelled at least 2 weeks in advance of arrival date.Will apply 
this deposit to rate upon checkin.
Pet fee of $50 per pet, make pet arrangements at time of reservation.
Cleaning fee of $35.00.
$100 damage deposit, refunded after inspection of unit.
