Beautiful, all new inside, condo on Elk Lake. Sandy beach for
swimming. Dock for mooring up to a 22' boat. Near Traverse City and
Charlevoix. In village of Kewadin, 3 miles east of Elk Rapids.
Spacious with fully equipped kitchen, hardwood and ceramic tile
floors, central air conditioning, large private deck overlooking the
water. Only 3 units in this development, so peaceful setting. Elk Lake
is over 8 miles long and part of the chain of lakes that includes Lake
Skegemog, Torch River and Torch Lake--great swimming, boating and
fishing! Bedding included, just bring your towels. Sorry no pets or
smoking inside.

Our condo has a toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, stove
and refrigerator in the fully stocked kitchen.  There is an iron and
ironing board available. There is a gas grill on the deck. The beach
has lounge chairs and picnic tables for your use and a rowboat for
fishing.  Your boat can be moored alongside our dock.  One bedroom has
a queen bed, the other a king bed.  There is also a queen sized air
bed available.

There are tennis courts and a playground across the street.  Elk
Rapids public golf course is 2 miles away on the shores of Elk Lake. 
There are many golf courses within 20 miles.  Shopping in Elk Lake is
3 miles away.  Great shopping in Traverse City or Charlevoix is less
than 1/2 hour away.  We are in the tiny village of Kewadin, which has
a party store and bar/restaurant within walking distance.  There are
many good restaurants in Elk Rapids and the surrounding area.

Weekly rentals only. Saturday 2:00 p.m. to Saturday 10:00 a.m. Deposit
of 1/2 rent due upon reservation, non-refundable. Balance due 2 weeks
prior to reservation date plus a $250 refundable damage deposit. Check
or money order preferred. Credit card payments through Paypal also
accepted. Weekly rate is $1500 plus 6% Michigan tax. There is a 10%
discount for two weeks or more.
