WHITE SANDS BEACH HOUSE RETREAT
Enjoy the beautiful warm waters of the Northumberland Strait at your
doorstep from this attractive beach front home. This private summer
retreat is located in rural PEI overlooking some of the best fishing
grounds off PEI. This beach house has character which will appeal to
young and old alike.
The combination of 10 foot high banks and smooth transition to red
sandy beach make this an attractive escape destination. You will be
able to watch the fishing boats returning to Beach Point Harbor or in
the distance the shores of Pictou Island. The master bedroom is
perched on the second level with its own deck overlooking the ocean.
There is ample garage space both attached and detached for those who
like to putter with their vehicles or work indoors.

RATES AND POLICIES
Low Season June 3rd. to June 24th. Sept. 9th. to Nov. 4th - $900.00
per week
High season June 24th. to Sept. 9th - $1300.00 per week
One week minimum booking.
Booking: 50% deposit by Visa or M/C at time of booking and remainder
30 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Prior to 30 days before arrival full refund other than
$50.00 administration fee. After 30 days refund if rebooked (except
for administration fee.)
Check-in 4pm and check-out 11am
