Large Screen TV, queen beds in each room and beach picnic supplies 
for lunches on the sand.  Reserved parking in the garage as well as 
laundry facilities on site.  

Building amenities include: Pool, Jacuzzi, gas BBQ and sun deck!

San Diego is a tourists paradise.  Plenty of things to do for kids 
of all ages.  The Zoo, Sea World, and Scripps Aquarium are an easy 
drive from Pacific Beach.  "PB" as it is referred to by the locals 
is full of great restaurants, shopping and nightlife.  The heart of 
the San Diego Beach communities PB is a great place to be!  

Rates are inclusive of all amenities, and are per week. 
$1500 in the low season and $2500 in the summer plus tax.
Monthly rates are avaialbe based on availability and season.
