as all linens, towels etc.  Picnic supplies, bikes, beach chairs and 
coolers are also inclued for your use.  

Complex amenities include gas BBQ, Pool, Jacuzzi and sun deck.  
Secured Garage parking included, laundry is on site with elevator 
access to all floors. 

Close to San Diego and La Jolla-the "jewell" of San Diego, it is a 
wonderful vacation town.  With world famous attractions like the San 
Diego Zoo, Sea World, the Wild Animal park, Balboa Park and of 
course the Gaslamp district San Diego has it all.  Pacific Beach is 
a thriving beach community with world class restaurants, chic dive 
bars, and plenty of shopping, sun, and beaches to enjoy.  

Rates include up to 6 people, all amenities, and one assigned 
parking spot in the garage.  Weekly rates range from $1000 per week 
to $1850 per week during summer holidays. $2700 a month in the off 
season (Sept-May). 
Reservations are held with a $500 deposit on a major credit card.  
Building required a week minimum stay.
