Rates are based on number of people. Regular Summer rate $1,500.00 per week. Weekend and monthly rates available. Special Summer Discount rates if booked by June 30th. $500 non-refundable deposit to hold the place. Upon arrival, the $500 will be credited towards Security deposit. The total amount of Security Deposit will depend on the number of people.
