huge southern deck with a distant view of the mouth of the Columbia

bon fire on the beach.  Even for a winter get-a-way feel safe and 
secure while experiencing awsome storms with howling wind and rain.

The Long Beach Pennisula offers a variety of festivals including a 
kite festiaval, garlic festival, cranberry festival and oyster 
festival to name a few.  The city of Long Beach offers many 
attractions for tourists and great places to eat. We also have two 
nearby ports, Ilwaco and Chinook, and Cape Disappointment with a 
light house and also North Head light house.  Astoria Oregon is only 
26 miles away complete with the Maratime Museum.  There are also 
many nature trails plus 26 miles of beach to walk.  Come and enjoy!

Our rates are $135 in the winter months and $150 during the summer.  
We require a two night minimum and have a $50 cleaning fee and a 
refundable $100 deposit.  Fifty (50) per cent is due at booking and 
the remainder is two 15 days prior to arrival date.  Cancellations 
within 15 days of arrival are fully refundable.  After that, only if 
we rebook the dates.  The deposit is always refundable, including 
tax, except if the party in a no show!
