The beautiful North Shore of Kauai has much to do and see. There are 
45 championship holes of golf.  The courses have been listed in the 
top 100 golf courses by Golf Digest.  There is great snorkeling 
right below the condo with a fascinating horseshoe shapped lava tube 
to explore.There are wonderful beaches just a few miles away in 
either direction..Hanalei..Anini..Kalihiwai..Tunnels..all with great 
exploring to be done or just relaxing with a good book and a swim 
now and then.  The kitchen has new appliances and is fully equipped 
if you feel like cooking.  The condo is a corner bottom floor unit 
with fabulous views of the great Pacific. There is a king sized bed 
in mstr. bdrm. and a queen sized bed in the guest bdrm.  The living 
room has two very comfortable rattan couches.  There are many 
Hawaiiana books. Many childrens books and games.  It is our "Slice 
of Paradise".  

We have TV, video/dvd player, radio/stero and phone.  There is a 
pool which is part of Alii Kai I.  Beach chairs, a couple of beach 
towels, small cooler for your use and a washer/dryer.  An iron and a 
small ironing board is available.  A lot of closet space and chest 
of drawers in the bedrooms.  Chairs on the lanai to enjoy while 
watching the world go by.  A wonderful place to relax, have fun and 
just plain enjoy.

Weekly rate - off season $750 April-May  Sept-Nov
             high season $875 Dec-March  June-Aug
There is a Hawaii State tax of 4% plus a hotel tax of 7.25% for 
11.25%
