About the setting . . . 

Our home is located on 1.4 very private acres on the Spring River 
just 5 minutes outside the Resort at Sunriver. You can easily enjoy 
the ammeneties of Sunriver without being in it! It's a great setting 
where you can fall asleep to starlight & wake up to river views! The 
Spring River is crystal clear & only a 1/2 mile paddle down to the 
Deschutes. You'll see ducks, geese, quail, & the occasional deer, 
elk, & pine martin. The expansive, rolling lawn is open with trees, 
runs from the log cabin playhouse down to the river, and is perfect 
for vacations, family reunions, several couples, groups of golf or 
fishing buddies, weddings, or receptions. 

About Our Home . . .

Our house is very nicely decorated & equipped, a home away from 
home.  It's a reverse floor plan with multiple living areas and 
decks with a very light & open feel. It sleeps up to 12 and 
is great for 3-4 couples with or without kids! There are 4+ bedrooms, 
4 1/2 baths, 3,200 sqft with a 3 car garage. Our kitchen has granite 
counter tops, bar seating for 4, & is fully equipped with top-of-the-
line built-ins, accessories, gas BBQ, crock pot, professional waffle 
maker, blender, 2 coffee makers, & many small appliances & 
conveniences to help you enjoy your stay & save meal costs. The 
dining room seats 10, not including the bar. The dining & living room 
decks both have views & table & chairs for 6.  The downstairs, 
cascading deck has lounges & side tables for loafing on the lawn or 
by the river. The living room has a sofa, loveseat, comfy chair, 
woodstove, & is equipped with Dish Network, DVD/TV/DVR & stereo. The 
2 upstairs master suites have King beds, full baths, walk-in closets, 
jacuzzi tubs, & views. The downstairs queen bedroom is cozy with 
floor-to-ceiling glass & a nice River view. The family room provides 
a separate living space or a 5th bedroom with it's custom, very 
comfortable Queen hide-a-bed, woodstove, big screen TV, Dish Network, 
bumper pool/poker/dining table, expansive views, large sauna, & it's 
own full bath, jacuzzi & walk-in closet. There is a "kids" room with 
bunks for 4, CD/DVD/TV, PS-2, & lots of books & games. The upstairs 
office has a card/chess/game table, lots of desk space, & phone 
w/computer port & free long distance. (The comfortable love seat is 
great for a little private reading.) The "mudroom" entry includes a 
washer-drier, ironing board, changing benches, and oversize hooks
for 12 sets of ski or fishing clothing. Well behaved dogs are welcome 
& we provide towels for muddy feet, a dog bed, food & water bowls, & 
balls.  Discover Sunriver Vacation Rentals does the cleaning, & we 
have the basics & some tools for your convenience.  All full baths 
are equipped with hairdriers.  Ours is a No Smoking home.

Things to do . . . 

Your rental includes a paddle boat, 2 canoes, a croquet
set, a ping pong table, a poker & bumper pool table, a chess & game 
table, 2 snow saucers & 4 sleds. Local discounts are available on 
bike & ski rentals, golf, the High Desert Museum, and other local 
attractions.  There are a couple of great fly shops & guide 
services in Sunriver if you (or your kids) want to enjoy spectacular 
fishing in our many nearby lakes and rivers. It’s a 5 minute drive or 
6+ mile mountain bike (both cross-country or on fire roads) to 
Sunriver Golf, Dining, Coffee, Biking, Ice Skating, Mini-golf, 
Stables, Rafting, Swimming, Tennis, & Groceries. (It can also be fun 
to paddle down to the Trout House for a nice meal . . . just make 
sure you have time to paddle back upstream before dark.) You have 
free, full use of the Sunriver Resort pools & tennis courts. Our 
membership at Mavericks of Sunriver gives you full Spa, Gym, & Pool 
privileges plus a Rock Climbing Wall & Indoor Hoops. It is 20 minutes 
to Mt. Bachelor Skiing or summer lift rides & less to Edison Snow 
Park. The Forest Service conducts introductory Snow Shoe 
& Cross-country ski tours on a regular basis. We are surrounded by 
many great Golf Courses & Fabulous Fishing, Hiking, Canoeing, & 
Biking. Some of the Top 10 Mountain Bike rides in the country are 
nearby along with many great road rides. Lava Lands and the High 
Desert Museum are a short drive. Sisters and the Metolius River 
(hatchery tours & beautiful walks) are 45 minutes & 1 hour away 
respectively.  The National Forest is across the street & 1 lot down 
for walks in the woods, along both rivers, or snowshoeing & cross 
country skiing in winter. Do a lot with very little driving or just 
relax & enjoy.

Wieland Cooper Drive Premier Rental.  They can give you the most 
current availability & exact rates. Make sure to tell them that you 
came through us via Vacations FRBO and get a 10% discount off 
standard rates. 

Including the discount, approximate rates are $300 to $465/night.  
Rate varies by season & length of stay. Ask about seasonal specials 
including 7th night free w/6 night stay & our $200/night "couples 
package" for a weekend getaway. Rates quoted do not include cleaning 
fee (approximately $100) and Oregon Hotel taxes.
