The Sand Dollar Condominium is an ocean front condo overlooking the
beautiful Atlantic Ocean, located toward the south end of Daytona in
Daytona Beach Shores, which is much quieter and more family oriented
than the Daytona Beach Board Walk (about 7 minutes north). We have
a beautiful heated pool and spa overlooking the ocean. The building
is very secure with closed captioned video cameras throughout
property and private gated underground parking. We have two
elevators, Central Sprinklers/Alarm System, two private sauna's, and
an exercise room.
This is a large luxurious non-smoking, two bedroom, two bath unit on
the 7th floor, with full size kitchen with all amenities and laundry
room inside the unit. There are two sets of sliding glass doors
going out to the private balcony from the spacious living room and
large master bedroom with private bath, where you have a beautiful
view of the Atlantic Ocean and the Inter-coastal waterway. We have
just renovated the unit with new paint, carpet and ceramic tile, new
granite vanities, along with two king-sized pillow top beds in the
bedrooms, leather furniture with a big screen TV in the living room
with stereo, CD,DVD,VCR, and TVs in both bedrooms. There are
