Dewey Beach is a relatively small, so everything is within walking
distance. Convenience stores and casual restaurants are nearby, as is
fancier dining such as the Rusty Rudder. Popular night lift spots are
the Bottle & Cork and Starboard, and Rehobeth Beach is a short drive
away with its great boardwalk and 140 outlet stores. You also can take
the Jolly Trolley to Rehobeth - it stops at the end of the street
every 20 minutes or so.

Other nearby activities are golf, boating, fishing, water skiing,
and hiking.	 

Rates in the first half of June are $1,495/week, then $1,900/week in
the second half.  July/August rates are $2,250/week.  

Spring/autumn rates range from $1295-$1495/week, and winter rates are
$1000 a week or $195/night with a two-night minimum.  

A signed agreement and $500 advance payment required up front to
reserve the condo,then the balance and a $1000 security deposit is
required when you pick up the key. Security deposit will be refunded
in the mail within two weeks of your departure. Cancellations/no shows
forfeit the advance payment.
