Welcome to our "beautiful" new beach home with elevator and two 
electric golf carts. "Sunrise" is decorated in a "totally beach" 
theme that puts you in the mood to play! Come enjoy our world-class 
golf courses and sugar-white beaches, located inside Kiva Dunes, a 
wonderful gated beachfront community with full security. 

Kiva Dunes truly offers the best in golf and beaches, it was rated 
as the #1 course in Alabama and ranked #54 in golf digest public 
courses for the USA, and the beach is simply beautiful with a half 
mile of private sugar white sand and emerald blue/green waters.

Our house "Sunrise" is a short walk to the beach through unspoiled 
natural dunes and is the largest private beach in the gulf coast 
area with a spectacular half mile of beach. Sunrise sleeps 12-13 
people comfortably in one king and two queen master suites, as well 
as a loft/bonus sleep/play room for the kids or teenagers with one 
double/ twin bunk, a soft futon and several flip out sleep chairs 
all decorated as if they had just stepped on board for a cruise.

The spacious main floor den offers a queen sofa sleeper and half 
bath. An elevator offers easy access to the second and third floor, 
making it convenient for carrying luggage. "Sunrise" has a computer 
center with DSL service for members of your group that may need to 
mix a little business with pleasure as well as movie media output to 
the main TV and satlelite TV. 

The house is wired with computer connections in every room that 
allows you to just "plug and play" for quick access to the internet 
from your laptop. There are also DVD players in two rooms and two 
flat screen plasma TV’s in the two Queen suites and a large plasma 
TV in the 3rd floor sleep/play area. "Sunrise" offers a beautiful 
view of the golf course as well as a salt water lagoon. 

The house is bright and spacious with high ceilings on all three 
floors. The garage has two electric golf carts for running to the 
beach and pool on those ‘lazy’ days' in the summer, several bikes, 
beach toys and chairs. The house has a wonderful private backyard 
cookout area and porch for relaxing and entertaining dinners.

Kiva has three beautiful private pools and tennis courts, a great 
work out facility in the club house along with an wonderful 
restaurant and a pro shop. There is great fishing from the beach and 
miles and miles of beach for those wonderful long walks in 
the "Sunset".It doesn't get better than this! 

Watch the sunrise as it peaks up across the water from your front 
window and watch it set from the beach or drive to historical Fort 
Morgan as you take a trip back in time and enjoy the many nature 
trails and wildlife refuge along Fort Morgan Road. Watch dolphins 
play from the beach or swim with the dolphins opening this summer!
