Enjoy this well appointed 4 bedroom, 2 bath, lakefront 2,000 square 
foot central air conditioned, Lake Home situated on Dewey Lake in 
the popular Sister Lakes area of Southwestern Michigan. Dewey lake 
is approximately 225 acre all sports lake.  A great lake to boat, 
ski, jet skiing, fish, swim or relax on the sandy beach.  The home 
has a large deck in front that overlooks the lake with lounge chairs 
and table.  In the yard there is a picnic table, lawn chairs and a 
Weber grill. The air conditioned home has four bedrooms, fully 
carpeted, two baths and has five picture windows over looking the 
lake with cable T V.& VCR.  We limit the number of guest to 8 
people, and have a no pet policy. You have your own private sandy 
beach for swimming with a raft, a pier and a row boat. A Pontoon 
boat that has seating for up to ten individuals and has a 25hp motor 
is available for an additional charge. Many wineries’ and Golf 
Courses are in the area.Only 40 minutes from Notre Dame for Football 
Weekends and 2hrs from Chicago.

charge. Three of the bedrooms look over the lake, each have twin 
beds in them and the other bedroom has a double bed.  The home has a 
large living room/ dining room that also looks over the lake.  The 
dining room has a large table that will accommodate all of your 
party of eight around it.  The living room has the cable TV, VCR . 
The home has a phone for local calls only (bring a phone card for 
long distant calls) internet connection via phone line.  The kitchen 
is fully equipment ( Gas Range, Refrigerator with a large freezer , 
Microwave, Coffee pot, toaster, dishes, silverware and pot/pans.   
The home has its own washer and dryer for you own use.  The deck is 
equipped with lounge chairs and a table and chairs. The yard has a 
picnic table, a Weber grill. You have off street parking  You are 
only 2hr from Chicago.
  

  The area features many activities off the lake as well.  There are 
tennis courts and several golf courses in close proximity.  Also, 
for the children there is roller skating, bowling, an arcade, and 
multiple ice cream stores.   St. Joe also has additional activities 
including the Children’s Museum, Lake Michigan Beach, and several 
fine dinning establishments

A deposit of $600.will hold your reservation. If you cancell your 
reservation the deposit will be refunded if the week is rented to 
another party.  If not there is not a refund
