This rustic log cabin has all the comforts of home with a relaxing 
atmosphere.  On almost an acre of property you can enjoy the view of 
the lake from the story high balcony at the back of the property. 
There is also a fenced in above ground pool with a wrap around deck 
just feet from the back patio that the whole family can enjoy.  You 
will have full access to your own private dock, which is settled in 
the calm of the cove. It is a great place to cast your lines or go 
for a swim right off the dock.  Lake Gaston is a key location for 
fishing because it is stocked with many types of fish including 
catfish, large mouth and striped bass, and crappie. This is a great 
home that the whole family will enjoy.

The cabin is located in the Timbuctu subdivision (Nutcracker Lane) 
in Macon, North Carolina.  

It is easy to get to from Interstate 85.

$375 weekend (Friday to Sunday)
