Our cute and quaint 1 bedroom unit is centrally located to the Puget 
Sound/Olympic Peninsula area. Close to Olympic National Park, Mount 
Rainier, Seattle, and Victoria, Canada.

We don't know about you, but we were always looking for a small 
rental that was affordable. Or maybe a place to stay for a couple of 
days for a quick get-away or business trip. We wanted a nice place, 
suitable for one or two people; instead we found places that were 
enormous, more suitable for a huge group — with huge rental fees to 
match!

We've stopped searching and started relaxing! We found a place so 
perfect, that we bought it! We're ready to share our vacation hide 
away with you. This duplex is perfect for one or two people, but can 
sleep up to four comfortably. It has a fabulous waterfront view 
which includes the Olympic Mountains, Sinclair Inlet, and PSNS. 

Port Orchard is just a short stroll away. Visit the marina & shops, 
or stop for a meal. Or why not take the ferry to Bremerton, or even 
all the way to Seattle! Seattle offers many museums, the Space 
Needle, the Underground Tour and, of course, Pike Place Market is a 
treat not to be missed.

The rental is also close to Olympic National Park, Rainer National 
Park, Port Townsend and Puget Sound Naval Shipyard. You can take a 
relaxing ferry ride from Port Angeles to Victoria, Canada for High 
Tea. At the end of the day, come back “home” and enjoy your favorite 
beverage while relaxing on the deck and watching the lights shining 
off the water.

Come enjoy our waterfront get-away. We think it will be the first of 
many pleasure-filled visits.

Why stay in a hotel again? Our place is much more comfortable, fun 
and even less expensive!

Amenities include a fireplace to warm your toes, a deck from which 
you can view local wildlife, ferryboats and kayakers, a fully 
equipped kitchen, as well as a washer and dryer.

We are open to this possibility although we've never done it 
before.  It would be just 2 of us, no pets.  We would not have a car 
for your use as we don't live where are VR properties are located.

We are open to selling with the right terms.  It would be full 
ownership, not fractional.  Submit if interested.
