one family.
This beautiful Sullivan’s Island home is located on the beach and
minutes from the downtown eateries. This year round rental will
provide your family with many memories as you enjoy the safe and
friendly community of this historical community. It is a perfect house
for small families or couples. The home has been freshly painted and
decorated with hardwood flooring throughout. The kitchen is stocked
with dishes for eight and new appliances. The laundry room has a front
loading washer and dryer for the big loads.
The family room has a TV, DVD, and stereo. There is a front and back
porch for games and reading. Everyone will have a private place of
their own. Relax and enjoy the ocean view of dolphins swimming
overlooking Ft. Sumter. The wrap around porch runs the width of the
home is lined with Carolina rockers. Enjoy the natural garden. At
night the views of the new Cooper River Bridge are very impressive
along with the lights that uliminate historic downtown Charleston.
Bicycles and golf carts can be rented. All you need to do is bring
your groceries. Linens can provided for an extra fee. Washer and
dryer. Tennis, basketball courts, playground, volleyball are all
within a minutes walk.
