mid-range view. Sleeps two in queen size bed (may accommodate a young
child in twin bed if needed). Decorated cabin style with rustic hand
crafted pine furniture. Foosball and board games available. Property
backs up to wilderness area with countless hiking trails and vast
wildlife. Feed corn to the deer in your backyard! Located a stones
throw from trout fishing in Stanley Creek. Less than a mile from the
Toccoa River offering tubing, fly fishing, canoeing. Enjoy the new
delayed harvest trout fishing on the Toccoa, just a few minutes from
our B&B. End the day sitting around the fire pit, sharing thoughts and
roasting marshmallows! Excellent alternative to a full cabin rental!

Amenities include wireless internet access, VCR/DVD, satellite TV,
central air/heat, microwave, mini fridge and hot water kettle in room.
Breakfast is included and served in-room or on the porch.

RENTAL RATES
$85/night, $525/week

plus 7% sales tax, 3% lodging tax

Minimum two night stay on weekends (occasionally we may be able to
accomodate last minute one night stays on weekends, call for
availability). No minimum stay Sunday—Thursday, but add $10 for a one
night stay. 

Nightly rate includes breakfast served in-room or on the porch.

Child may stay in twin bed in parents room free of charge. We are not
equipped to host more than one child.

Credit card is required when making reservations. Due to our small
size, cancellations cause a significant impact. The reservation
deposit ($95+tax or 50% of your total bill if your reservation is for
4 days or more) is due at time of booking and is non-refundable if
cancellation is less than 14 days before the reserved date. If
cancellation is 15 days or more in advance, your deposit will be
refunded less a $20 cancellation fee. Full payment may be made by
Visa/Mastercard, Discover card or check.
