offers direct access to the salt water Lewis Pond and is less than 3/4 
distant from Seagull beach. Pond has a dock for kayaks, canoes and row 
boats.  The cottage has all amenities: complete kitchen (microwave, 
dishwasher, refrigerator, oven), washer and dryer, 1 indoor bathroom, 1 
enclosed exterior shower with hot and cold water and changing area, 
outside fireplace, and hammock, BBQ grill, patio furniture, tennis court 
and child sandbox. Linens available upon request.

Cottege offers: full kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerators, 
dishwasher) washer and dryer, coffeee maker, cable TV, CD/VCR/cassette 
player, deck, outdoor grill fireplace and hammock, patio furniture, 
tennis court, child play ground with sand 
box. 

Cottage is situated in a quiet and child safe area in Mid Cape, West 
Yarmouth, within 4 miles to Rte. 6 off exit 7 (Willow Street).  
Surrounded by quietness and beauty you can choose a variety of nearby 
restaurantes, public golf courses, para sail, jet ski, and shopping.
Hyannis is close by and offers service ferries to Nantucket and Martha's 
Vineyard,  whale-watching excursions.  Local activities include wind 
surfing, water skiing, swimming, boating, bicycling, dining, and 
shopping,  visiting  the Zooquarium, Bass River 
Sports World,  and gift shops.
