TV, VCR, fully equipped kitchen (dishes, pots, pans, glassware, 
storage containers, strainer, utensils, coffee pot, blender, 
microwave), dishwasher, outdoor deck (upper and lower), more than 
1/2 of the property is wooded, outside grill, washer, dryer, stereo, 
ceiling fans, central air. Four blocks from Beverly Shores train 
station. 50 miles southeast of Chicago. Four blocks from the 
beautiful Lake View Beach, 28 miles of beautiful sandy white beaches.

lakeshore runs for nearly 25 miles along southern Lake Michigan, 
bordered by Michigan City, Indiana on the east, and Gary on the 
west. The park contains approximately 15,000 acres, 2,182 of which 
are located in Indiana Dunes State Park and managed by the Indiana 
Department of Natural Resources. Miles of beaches, sand dunes, bog, 
wetlands, woodland forests, an 1830's French Canadian homestead, 
Bailly Homestead, and a working 1900 era farm, Chellberg Farm, 
combine to make the national lakeshore a unique setting.

In-season rate (Memorial Day - Labor Day), $1300.00 (includes 
cleaning fee) per week plus state tax and pet fee if applicable. 

Off-season rate (September - May), $1020.00 (includes cleaning fee) 
per week plus stae tax and pet fee if applicable.

Minimum rental of 2 days is required for September - June.
Minimum rental of 7 days is required for July and August. 
Saturday to Saturday rental. Inquire for schedule. 

Off-season rate: $135.00 per night plus applicable fees and state 
tax. Minimum of 2 night rental.

Holiday rate is 160.00 per night plus applicable fees and state tax 
as indicated below.

Pet fee: $25.00 per stay.
Cleaning fee: $75.00 per stay. 

Property will be held for 5 business days pending receipt of $300.00 
deposit payment. Balance of invoice is due 30 days prior to 
occupancy. 

Sales tax will be added to total.

Note: Until confirmed, rates are subject to change without notice. 
Sleeps 6 comfortably. Queen, twin and sleeper sofa. Fireplace 
(firewood provide between September and April), fully 
stocked kitchen, outdoor hydro-therapy spa, 4 blocks to beach,
