This elegant beachfront villa is truly exceptional. The spacious 
interior blends with the terrace, which is surrounded by white 
columns and archways. Slightly elevated, La Bastide commands a view 
of Baie Rouge Beach and the island of Anguilla. La Bastideis 
available with either 5 or 6 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1, 2 and 5 have king 
size beds and private bathrooms with showers. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have 
twin beds and private showers. The Master Bedroom, which is part of a 
suite, features a king size bed, large dressing area and small 
refrigerator. All bedrooms have walk-in closets, air conditioning, 
ceiling fans and French Doors. Marigot is a 10 minute drive, the 
grocery store is a 5 minute drive, and the beach is just a few steps 
out the door...

Payment is by Personal or Bank Check. A 50% deposit is required if 
reservation is made more than 90 days prior to arrival. Final payment

Additional tax and service charge include tranfer from airport to

off from the US. Special welcome gift upon arrival and concierge 
service before and during guest stay. 

Deposits and final payments are non refundable unless the villa is 
unavailable to some emergency (act of god). Travel insurance is
