Luxury hilltop Villa overlooking the Caribbean with large private 
pool; A staff of three is at your service and will prepare whatever 
groceries you purchase or a meal plan is available. Rental includes 
airport transfer and our driver is also available by the day or week 
to take you to all of the wonderful things to see in Jamaica. The 
rental also includes a 10% gratuity to the staff and a membership in 
the Beach Park at Sea Castles about 4 miles from the Villa; diving, 
snorkeling, jet skis, bar & restaurant are all available at this 
private beach. 

Amenities include AC in each bedroom, ceiling fans, cable TV, DVD, 
and high speed internet connection with computer.Each bedroom has 
its own private bath; king bed in Masterbedroom and two twins in 
each of the other 2 bedrooms which can be made up as a king if you 
desire. A meal plan is available consisting of 2 large meals per day 
for an additional $30/person/day.  

The Super Club golf course is just 4 blocks away and several other 
courses very nearby (Half Moon, Rose Hall etc.) Many shopping malls 
and craft markets within 4 miles; the hip strip in downtown Montego 
Bay with casino, live reggae etc. is just 5 miles away. Horse back 
riding, rafting & diving all closeby; 

The rates quoted are for 2 persons; each additional is $175.00 per 
week. To make a reservation you need to place a 25% deposit with the 
balance due 30 days before your rental begins; cancellations before 
30 days to rental result in a refund less 10%. Within the 30 day 
period,monies will be applied to another week less 20%, unless we 
can rerent the Villa for the reserved period.We accept Visa,
