A charming one-bedroom vacation rental in a vintage 1909 craftsman’s
house in the heart of the historic Victorian neighborhood of Beach
Hill, Santa Cruz. Three blocks from the beach, the Wharf, and the
Boardwalk; a short walk to West Cliff (see the sea lions and surfers!)
and Santa Cruz’s downtown Pacific Avenue. 800 square foot, renovated,
art deco bathroom, hardwood floors. This is a very comfortable space
for one or two persons. Rates include a street parking permit (to be
returned!) and every amenity but laundry.

Small TV, VCR but no cable or DVD (I use my laptop)

I provide my guests with a binder listing nearest laundromats,
restaurants, movie theaters, and local attractions.

Kayaking, surfing, hiking, horse back riding all within 10 - 30 minutes.

Single or Double Occupancy for adults only (not child proofed)
Mature and respectful people please, as this is my home.
Minimum 2 nights
Nightly $65
Weekly rate $425 (7 nights)
No smoking or partying permitted.

Small dog okay but the daily rate will be $75, the weekly $475.

Deposit: $75 cleaning/cancellation deposit for a weekend rental; $100
for a week or longer rental. Fully refundable provided you cancel with
two weeks notice (or I find someone to replace you) and/or you leave
the place the way you found it.
