vacation. Immaculately clean, cozy and comfortable, (gas cooking and 
heat) this conveniently located cottage offers a safe haven for your 
get-a-ways, long or short. Great shopping, restaurants, theaters and 
beaches all a short distance away.Sorry No Pets; No Smoking

Cottage has cable TV;Internet accessible; most small kitchen 
appliances (toaster,coffee maker,blender,food processor etc.);gas b-
b-que on rear deck & lawn furniture.Free beach sticker provided for 
guests!

This cottage is located 3.8 mi from Hyannis centre; Melody Tent,all 
local shoppes and restaurants are within a few minutes drive.Food 
market and laundramat are approx.1½ miles from cottage.

 Rates 

 


$175 per nite (2-nite min.);$1250 weekly June thru August; $500 
deposit on arrival,promptly returned on departure. Accepted means of 
payment thru PayPal,personal cheque (valid US bank) or bank cheque 
on confirmation of booking.

It IS possible that I would exchange this property for an apt.in
