This lovely Log Home, located on Gabriola Island, is available for
vacation rental during the summer months from  June 1st to October 31st.
A magnificent ocean view North East across the Georgia Strait shows
the mountains on the British Columbia mainland .  This property backs
onto a quiet secluded public park with immediate access to the Pacific
Ocean Beach.
This large, two bedroom log home is open, spacious, and has lots of
natural light through the numerous large picture windows and five
sky-lights. Every room has its own outside exit door.  It will
comfortably accomodate four non-smoking adults. Well behaved dogs are
welcome  in the fenced backyard or on a leash in the park.
 There is ample parking.
This residence is fully furnished with dishes, linens, barbeque,
piano, etc. You are only required to provide your own food and beach
towels. Please replace any consumables you use for the convenience of
the next guest. Periodic house cleaning services can be prearranged
for an extra fee. Guests are responsible for leaving the residence in
the same condition as they found it.  Your cooperation is greatly
appreciated.
We expect you to enjoy and be part of the private, secluded and quiet
atmosphere of this area.

This log home has a fully furnished kitchen, dining-room, dishes,
linens, barbeque, deck chairs, private laundry. You only have to bring
your food and your beach towels. You are asked to replace any
consumables you might use.

Gabriola is home to a whole host of artisans. There is lots of
shopping, golf, bicycle & car rentals, kayak rentals, Fishing
charters, and sightseeing tours. Of course there are many public
oceanfront parks and picnic areas. RV/tent campgrounds are available
for additional company.

MONTHLY RATE        $2200.00 per month

A refundable booking-deposit/damage-deposit of $375.00 is required to
secure your reservation.

This is a non-smoking residence.

Periodic house-cleaning can be prearranged for an additional fee.

Cancellation Policy.  In the event that you must cancel your booking,
we regret we would have to charge a minimum of one week's rental.
