from Seabright Beach and a 20-25 minute walk from the Beach Boardwalk,
Santa Cruz Harbor and several restaurants.
Come visit us for a week!

This spacious home has a queen bed in 1 room and 2 bunk beds in the
other and is equipped with a fireplace in the living room, 3 TV’s with
cable, and fully furnished kitchen. The large back yard has a BBQ
grill, table and seating for outdoor meals. There is a dishwasher and
microwave as well as washer and dryer in the garage. Linens are
supplied.

Attractions |

The Seabright Brewery is a 5 minute walk. Aldo’s for breakfast and
lunch and the Crow’s Nest are 15 minutes away and there are many other
restaurants within a 20 minutes walking radius. Highlights for kids are
the Seabright Beach and the Beach Boardwalk, both in easy walking
distance. There are many other activities within a short drive.

High Season (May – September); $200/night, 2 night minimum or $1200/
week
Off Season: $175/night, 2 night minimum or $950/wk
Cleaning fee included
$300 deposit to be refunded upon inspection
