This waterfront home on the shores of picturesque Santuit Pond provides a relaxing 
alternative to neighboring New Seabury. Our fully furnished, air-conditioned three-level 
house combines the amenities of a contemporary year-round home with the peaceful feel 
of a summer cottage, offering panoramic views of the lake from every room. It is 
perfectly suited for summer activities such as swimming, fishing, and serene sunset 
dinners. The central location provides easy access to many other exciting areas on the 
Cape, including Cape Cod National Seashore. Movies, restaurants, and the Mashpee 
Commons shopping village, along with the ocean at South Cape Beach, are all nearby.

The house has three bedrooms, three and half baths, and an upstairs sitting room. A 
large wrap-around deck, with gas grill and outdoor eating area, adjoins the upscale 
kitchen/living area on the main floor – the perfect place for enjoying lake views at any 
time of the day. The walk-out ground floor includes a family room with an air-hockey 
table and games for a rainy day. A dock is just a few steps from the house, and a canoe is 
available for your use. The fireplace on the main floor warms the house on cool evenings. 
The master bathroom offers a luxurious two-person Jacuzzi overlooking the water, and 
an individual deck. 

A maximum of nine can sleep in a king bed, three twins (1 bunk bed), queen bed, and 
fold-out sofa. All linens, indoor and outdoor towels, and cooking needs are included. 

No smoking indoors and please remove all traces of smoking outdoors. No pets, please.
