Winter or Summer, it's great in the White Mountains of NH all year 
round. Our condo is absolutely beautiful with all the furnishings of 
home. We include sheets, towels, down comforters, even wood for the 
fireplace and a washer/dryer. Our home is a third-floor unit with a 
cathedral ceiling for an extra spacious feel.
Our unit overlooks the east branch of the Pemigewasset River... it's 
really close... probably 15 feet away. There's nothing like going to 
sleep to the sound of the river. Everyone says they sleep better 
because of it.

Our condo is outfitted like your home, with quality china, flatware, 
pots & pans, microwave oven, dishwasher, disposal, outdoor gas grill 
and washer/dryer. In the cool weather you'll enjoy the wood-burning 
fireplace and in the warm weather you'll spend lots of time outdoors 
on the 18' long deck.

Our building is directly beside the clubhouse and an in-ground 
heated swimming pool that is open from Memorial Day weekend through 
Labor Day weekend. Directly beside the pool is the tennis courts.

Behind the clubhouse, and just a but upstream is "The Ladies' 
Bathtub" a deep water swimming hole in the river that is surrounded 
by granite boulders and there's even a little sandy beach.

We're located less than a mile from Loon Mountain Ski Area and 
during the winter there's a shuttle bus to the mountain, so you 
don't have to deal with parking. Just walk out of the condo to 
the "bus stop" and you're on your way.

This condominium is not a commercial complex. It is extremely quiet 
and private. There is no lobby or formal check-in. Rather, it's a 
complex of privately owned homes, some of which are rented from time 
to time.

Loon Mountain Ski Area is less than a mile away. We are also a 
little over a mile from the town of Lincoln, NH where you'll find 
shoppes and lots of restaurants.

Lincoln, NH is the state's most mountainous town and there are loads 
of places to go hiking, including a paved hiking/biking trail which 
runs from Lincoln to Loon Mountain, in-part on our condo property.

Most of the year we require a minimum of 2 nights. On holidays we 
require a minimum of three nights. But take a look at our rate card 
on our website. You'll find our rates are extremely fair and 
actually pretty affordable.
Summer Rates: 2 nights $350 and 7 nights are $849.
Winter Rates: 2 nights $479 and 7 nights are $950.
Holiday Rates: 3 nights $700 and 7 nights are $1199.

You choose the number of days you want to stay. 2,3,4,5,6,7 nights 
or more.
