This house is directly on a beautiful warm water beach for the use of
tenants only. There is a full kitchen with a dishwasher, serving bar
and dining area with table and chairs. Stepping down from the dining
area there is an oversized sunken living room with a fireplace and a
sectional couch, coffee table, chairs, TV and VCR. From the living
room and dining area you have a panoramic view of Nantucket Sound.
There is a full size deck with picnic tables and a charcoal BBQ. The
3 bedrooms and 2 baths are located in the rear of the house with 1
bath located in the master bedroom. There is a pull out sofabed in
the L/R which increases the sleeping capacity to 8. There is also an
outside shower.
