bedroom with two single beds. Living room and kitchen. Kitchen has 
large butcher block breakfast bar for entertaining.  Indoor & 
outdoor shower. Cable TV. Beach badges. Only 5 mph cars on wide 
street. Would like to rent in two week periods if possible. No 
college students please. No pets.

Badges are provided.  Parking available for two cars in private lot 
down the street.  Drinking and eating allowed on the beach.  Lots of 
fun.  Kids like it because it's a wide paved street and you can ride 
bikes, skateboards up and down the block since there are very few 
cars.  This section of the beach is best known for it's waves and 
wide beach with sand dunes.  No houses on the beach.  The bay beach 
is also a block the other direction with fishing, boating and sun 
sets.

Close to Seaside Park and Pt. Pleasant Boardwalk.  Bakery is around 
the corner with a seafood resterant.  Other shops right around the 
corner, liquor store, sub shop grill, video rental and mini golf.

We've dropped the rate $1000 since it's late in the season, require 
$200.00 deposit for beach badges and parking passes, which returned 
when you move out.
