Just 30 minutes from Ocean Shores, just north of Pacific Beach and 
Moclips, Washington, this beach house offers the absolute best view 
of the North Beach Peninsula and Point Grenville. Perched atop a 
bluff with sweeping views of the beach and bald eagles cruising by, 
this house is private and secluded.
The open floor design, and exposed timber log framing makes this 
place rustic, warm and welcoming. Built in 1998, our home offers an 
ADA accessible first floor, bathrooms and decks. A spiral staircase 
leads up to a second floor loft-style bedroom, and further up into a 
third floor domed observatory with 360 degrees of view! A perfect 
place to cuddle up with a book or just to relax and enjoy the 
pristine sights the North Beach has to offer.

An additional 1/2 bathroom on the first floor.
High vaulted ceilings with huge windows everywhere.
Equipped kitchenette with mini fridge, service for 8, and Starbucks 
coffee.
1 queen size futon bed/couch on the lower floor, quality queen size 
bed on the loft, and the observatory can sleep 1, two if you really 
like each other. Other air mattresses and hide-a-mats stored in the 
basement laundry room allows up to 6 guests. 
Lots of open deck space.
Large concrete patio and picnic table for outside dining. Barbeque 
available upon request.
Large detached campsite with dramatic views of the Pacific Ocean is 
available. Inquire when booking reservation.

Rates
Off season October through March; $125.00/night, 2-night minimum 
stay, 3-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. $80.00 cleaning fee.
Peak season April through September; $175.00/night, 2-night minimum 
stay, 3-night minimum stay on holiday weekends. $80.00 cleaning fee.
Weekly Special - Stay 5 nights, get the 6th and 7th FREE.
Large detached campsite available for $25.00/night year-round 
(requires beach house rental).

Terms
Absolutely no pets or smoking.
A non-refundable fee of one night's rental rate plus tax is required 
at time of reservation, which is applied to your bill. Balance is 
due 30-days prior to check-in.
If you cancel your reservation within 30-days or less of your stay, 
you forfeit your deposit. If greater than 30-days, you may re-book 
your reservation and still apply your non-refundable deposit to your 
stay.
Damage fees may be assessed to your credit card in the event of 
theft or loss.
4:00pm check in - 11:00am check out.
