Resting in the shade of 100+ year old Live Oaks in a serene area 30 
minutes from New Orleans, Woodridge began its history as a private 
school. Now a award winning bed and breakfast where guests are

getaway! Its large veranda and balcony invites travelers to relax in 
the quiet, peaceful atmosphere after a day full of site seeing. 

Each suite is adorned with antiques, queen beds, plush bedding, 
private baths and all the amenities of home. Take in the sounds of 
the morning bird song on the balcony where morning coffee and tea 
are served followed by a gourmet breakfast complete with a specialty 
egg and meat dish, assorted fresh fruit in season, homemade fresh 
breads and biscuits, juice, coffee and assorted teas. Our beautiful 
pavilion is the perfect setting for your wedding, reception, family 
reunion or company function.   Our Grand room is great for showers 
and meetings of 40 or less.  

Children are free when staying in the same room, when choosing a 
room that accommodates all guests.   We normally only allow children 
10 and over but do make exceptions from time to time...Please call 
to request an exception if traveling with a small child. (Please 
note that we do not provide cribs.)

      Our suites are exquisitely decorated with antiques and are 
adorned with all the amenities of home including, queen beds with 
plush bedding and private baths!  The balcony is just a step away 
from each suite.  One of our guest commented when apologizing for 
being late for breakfast: “The most restful nights sleep I have 
experienced away from home.”

Enjoy morning coffee or tea on the balcony while taking in the

satisfy the palate.    Assorted teas, coffee and juice complete the 
meal.  Special attention given to dietary needs, please advise at 
time of booking. 

Spend your time enjoying nature, as the B&B is adjacent to a 
wildlife refuge and minutes away from one of the areas best Swamp 
tours and nature parks.  Hiking, biking, and horseback riding are 
just 15-20 minutes.  If antique shopping, wineries or breweries are 
in your plans they can be enjoyed with in 30 minutes as well as New 
Orleans and all it has to offer.   The casinos and beaches of the 
Mississippi Gulf Coast are also only 30 minutes away.

Rates quoted are per room.  We rent on a nightly basis with rates 
starting at $99.00.  Group or multiple night discounts are 
available. (tax rate is 3% + $1.00 per night per room)  

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
A deposit of one night’s room rate is required to confirm your 
reservation. Deposits may be made with Visa, MasterCard, Discover, 
American Express or by check, if sent at least 14 days in advance of 
stay.
 If you are paying your deposit by credit card, the deposit amount 
will be charged to your credit card account or to your bank account 
(debit cards) at the time the reservation is made. The room balance 
is due upon arrival. During Special Events deposits are due 30 days 
prior to arrival.
There are no refunds for early departure or changes in arrival 
unless you notify us 14 days in advance.  NO-Shows are charged for 
their entire stay.  
Notice of cancellation is required at least 14 days prior (Special 
Events 30 days prior) to reservation for refund of Deposit minus a 
$10.00 cancellation fee. If cancellation notice is made in less than 
14 days (Special Events 30 days), deposit, minus $10.00 fee, will be 
refunded only in the event the room is rebooked; otherwise the total 
charge is forfeited.  

Special deposit and cancellation procedures apply for groups, 
reunions and special event bookings.
