Cozy, everything furnished private home available for the months of 
July, August and September.  Three tv's, a VCR, a room set up for 
your computer and printer etc, but I will not provide those to you. 
the Master bedroom has a queen size bed, the guest room has a full 
size bed. The yard will be cared for by a gardener--it's very 
lovely, lots of flowers, shrubs, and vines.  The home is located in 
a family type neighborhood.

We have a swimming pool and two jacuzzies for our residents to 
share. A movie theater and shops and grocery stores are within a 
mile.  The beach is seven easy miles away, it is a wonderful long 
beach with lots of sand and a pier with a restaurant.  Legoland is 
about eight miles away, and San Diego with Sea World, the zoo, Old 
town, and many theaters and shops is about 40 miles away.  A train 
runs from Oceanside down to San Diego, as well as up to Los Angeles, 
which is about 50 miles away.

I would prefer to rent for the three months of July, August, and 
September.  The deposit is $500.00.  Security is $1000.00.  The rent 
is $1350.00 per month or $4050.00 for the three months. There is a 
possibility of this becoming a long-term rental.The deposit is not 
refundable, but the security deposit will be returned to you 
providing that you leave the home in the condition which you found 
it in.  The rent and the security money are due the first day of 
July.  The deposit is due as soon as possible.
