Hawaiian Inn Condo Rental offers you a breath taking Million Dollar
View that you want when you stay in Oceanfront in Daytona Beach !  
Relax with a beverage on your private balcony, you have patio chairs
and a table, so you can comfortably enjoy your view of the ocean and
view of the starzzz while listening to your favorite CDs on the
stereo. This is the condo for the couple who want to find a quiet
place to be alone, yet close to all the action!
Hawaiian Inn condo rental is equipped with a queen sized Murphy bed
that  folds down to create a comfortable sleeping area , open the
windows and let the fresh ocean breezes in while the sounds of the
surf lull you to sleep.  After a peaceful night’s rest, the Murphy bed
folds up into the wall leaving you with a comfortable living room to
enjoy.  Your white leather sofa lends a comfortable place to relax and
enjoy TV or that book you have been waiting to read. Drop leaf table
and chairs, placemats and cloth napkins are in stock. Create an
atmosphere, enjoy that candle light dinner and bottle of wine that you
never seem to have the time for at home!
The kitchen offers additional storage and counter space that few units
at the resort can offer.  We have provided better quality stoneware,
cookware and glassware. 
Additional Condo Amenities include: 
Cable TV, -DVD player,-VCR, Stereo with CD player. Fully equipped
kitchen has microwave-stove-oven-refrigerator-blender-indoor
grill-toaster-coffee maker. Better quality stoneware and pots and pans
along with your everyday dinnerware-glassware and flatware. There is
an iron, ironing board and a hair dryer provided.  Bed linens, bath
sets and better quality kitchen linens are provided.  Additional items
include cooler, games, books, VHS/DVD library. We have also made sure
that there is plenty of storage space available to you!

We chose Hawaiian Inn Resort because as a resort, travelers are
catered to. Hawaiian Inn offers amenities geared towards the vacationer.
The Hawaiian Inn offers one of the Largest Heated Oceanfront Pools on
Daytona Beach and an Indoor Pool with massaging whirlpool jets!
The Pool’s Patio has many lounge chairs for a relaxing poolside day of
sunning or swimming. There is also a poolside pub that serves burgers,
refreshments and adult beverages.
Poolside Gazebo with weekend entertainment makes for an enjoyable
afternoon in the sun. If you prefer the shade, there are 3 oceanfront
hammocks, so you can nap under the palms while they sway above you in
the ocean breezes. There is an indoor heated pool with whirlpool jets,
you can enjoy the relaxing feelings of soaking in a hot tub in a
Hawaiian Atrium!  The indoor pool is an added bonus, there will never
be a bad day to enjoy the pool! Breakfast Café and Restaurant
featuring Hawaiian Show and Souvenir shop on property.

Winter / Fall Rentals
Rentals after Labor Day until Feb 2007
$70.00/night, 3 night minimum
Weekly rates are $365 - $415 /week+ $50 departure cleaning fee + tax
Monthly rates are $1100-$1350/month + $100 cleaning fee (includes
clean linens weekly) + tax

Cancellation Policy  
In the event of cancellation, security deposit will be forfeited.
Refund of the advanced rental will be made only to the extent that a
tenant can be found to occupy the vacated time reserved under this
contract.  If we are able to rebook the property, we will refund a
prorated share of the rental fee for each day we are able to fill,
less a $100 cancellation fee. The option of trading your time in for a
later time may be considered, based on availability. Any increases in
the fee (Fees are established in January of each year and will be
posted on the website) will need to be paid.
